The hotel location is EXCELLENT. It is close to the metro and the best areas for shopping. The room was a good size, and sheets and towels were changed every day. I liked that the room was comfortable.

Customer service was not good upon calling the reservation department. I was told I could pay with cash at check-in, but they proceeded with a full reservation of the whole amount. I felt the lady that answered my call BARELY let me talk and was arrogant.
